Sarika Gupta is a known food writer, traveller, and enthusiast with a deep passion for exploring the world’s diverse cuisines. She has not only traveled extensively in India but has also lived across the country. She is presently based in Kolkata but also has a home in Thiruvananthapuram, Kerala. “28 States, 28 Plates” is the result of her acquired knowledge of regional Indian cuisine— where the love for food and culture came together to create this masterpiece.
